Aplicações da inteligência artificial em ultrassonografia obstétrica point-of-care no pré-natal: revisão de escopo

Resumo

Objetivo: Mapear as evidências sobre o uso de inteligência artificial em ultrassonografia obstétrica point-of-care no pré-natal. Métodos: Revisão de escopo conduzida conforme as recomendações do Joanna Briggs Institute e relatada segundo o PRISMA-ScR. A busca foi realizada nas bases PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde, além de literatura cinzenta. A questão foi estruturada pelo mnemônico PCC, considerando gestantes, fetos e/ou profissionais do cuidado pré-natal, inteligência artificial aplicada à ultrassonografia obstétrica e ultrassonografia point-of-care no pré-natal. Resultados: Foram identificados 431 estudos nas bases de dados e 34 documentos na literatura cinzenta, totalizando 17 estudos incluídos, publicados entre 2019 e 2025. Predominaram estudos de desenvolvimento, validação ou avaliação técnica de algoritmos. As principais aplicações envolveram estimativa da idade gestacional, biometria fetal, detecção de planos padrão, avaliação da apresentação fetal, localização placentária e controle de qualidade da imagem. Conclusão: A inteligência artificial aplicada à ultrassonografia obstétrica point-of-care apresenta potencial para ampliar o acesso à avaliação pré-natal, apoiar operadores não especialistas e qualificar a triagem obstétrica, embora ainda sejam necessários estudos multicêntricos, validação externa e avaliação em fluxos reais de cuidado.
