The issue of the rights of foreigners to work is currently of great importance in all countries. Most of these countries suffer from varying degrees of unemployment, and as a result, they prioritize the issue of foreign employment to protect their national workforce from the competition posed by foreign labor. Countries also consider the economic and developmental conditions of their societies when dealing with foreign workers. Even in countries not facing unemployment issues, which are considered destinations for foreign workers, they pay careful attention to the employment of foreigners. This is because they recognize the need to regulate their labor markets and control the social and economic aspects that influence migration for work in those countries. It is worth noting that the importance of this issue is prominent in the labor laws of all countries and is also recognized internationally. International law emphasizes the protection of foreign workers through international agreements that regulate the employment of foreign workers. This intervention is necessary because foreign workers are considered a vulnerable group, requiring international law to protect them and obligate the countries they work in to ensure fair treatment. The preamble of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, adopted by the United Nations in 1990, highlights the need for such protection. The significance of the rights of foreigners to work in both national labor laws and international law is crucial for legal studies in various countries. Legal scholars explore these issues in the international and comparative legal frameworks to guide legislators in adopting solutions that align with societal conditions and national interests while complying with international legal provisions.

This article aims to work on the amendment to Annex III of NR-15, promoted by the Ordinance of the Special Secretariat for Social Security and Labor (SEPRT) of 12/09/2019, since there was an exclusion, for the purposes of levying the unhealthy bonus, of exposure to heat in the open, that is, from a natural source, as an unhealthy agent. Also, the analysis will be based on the jurisprudence of the Regional Labor Court of the 15th Region on the rural worker, confronting understandings before and after the change in vogue. Not only, it will proceed with the elucidation of the characterization of unhealthiness and its legal aspects, addressing conceptual issues, as well as presenting, in particular, the deals regarding the heat agent. Then, after working on these issues, the change in Annex III of NR 15 will be explained, and, without any evaluative opinion, the consequences of such change will be exposed to the understanding of the TRT of the 15th Region, since, in the current scenario, such provision is responsible for protecting and protecting social rights, among them, the unhealthy bonus.

This article analyzes the social protection offered by the Brazilian state to homeless people. The Federal Constitution of 1988 guarantees the right to social assistance to anyone who needs it, regardless of contribution, through a set of state and social actions aimed at providing for the basic vital needs of the less fortunate. This basic and special social protection translates into various public services and is owed by all federal entities and coordinated by the Union in its National Social Assistance Policy. One part of our vulnerable population, those living on the streets, remains more unassisted due to their invisibility in the face of official public welfare policies. In ADPF No. 976, the Federal Supreme Court ordered their inclusion due to the unconstitutional state of affairs in which they find themselves, in relation to their fundamental rights to life, health, food, safety and housing. Social protection for these people is also deficient in other countries, such as Spain. This debate will take place in this essay to give an overview of the situation in Brazil

Desde que la seguridad social fue reconocida como un derecho humano en la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos de 1948, se han creado numerosos instrumentos internacionales y nacionales para garantizarlo. Sin embargo, en 2012, la OIT reveló que solo el 20% de la población mundial tiene una cobertura adecuada, lo que llevó a la creación de los Pisos de Protección Social y la Recomendación 202. Los migrantes enfrentan desafíos significativos como la pobreza, la temporalidad percibida de su estancia, el desconocimiento legal y políticas restrictivas. La protección social, mediante programas diversos, se presenta como una herramienta clave para apoyar a los migrantes. Este artículo propone incluir la participación activa de los migrantes en la creación de normas de protección social.

Es por ello por lo que las cuestiones relativas a extranjería, nacionalidad o migraciones resultan de interés para los deportistas profesionales de terceros países que prestan sus servicios en territorio o para un club nacional.

En España, el contexto jurídico, deportivo y laboral configura el conjunto de normas que regulan el desarrollo de la actividad de un deportista profesional migrante en una competición doméstica. Así, confluyen distintos ordenamientos que permiten a los deportistas profesionales de terceros países contar con un marco regulatorio completo en términos de protección social y laboral, de salud, fiscal, deportivo y de convivencia.
