ILLEGITIMITY OF THE PUBLIC MINISTRY TO PROPOSE REVISÃO CRIMINAL: FISCAL LAW?

Abstract

The article starts from the importance on the theme of motivation within organizations, an attempt was made in the present study to provoke a discussion about a legislative omission with respect to the Legitimacy of the Public Ministry to use the Revisão Criminal institute, since, this is the “Inspector of the law” and therefore more than legitimate to defend society from injustices and arbitrariness.

Due to the absence of doctrines in the area, a study purchased between the Public Ministry, its functions, guarantees and principles was used, with the legal nature of Revisão Criminal.

Finally, the aforementioned work has as its central objective, to identify different points of view on a topic little debated within the academic environment, exploring in a succinct way brief expositions on the subject based on doctrine, jurisprudence and even articles spread across the world wide web. computers.

Advogado, Graduado em Direito pela FAVIP De Vry, Pós-Graduando em Docência no Ensino Superior pela Uni Nassau, Aluno Especial do Mestrado em Gestão, Inovação e Consumo pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). Tem experiência na área de Direito nos mais distintos ramos, professor do curso "intensivão do Tribunal do Juri" na FAVIP De Vry e do curso de Oratória na Faculdade Asces, fez parte do Projeto ProJuris da FAVIP De Vry, onde foi recebeu uma bolsa de estudos quando estudante, em virtude de desse projeto, tendo participado de mais de 30 juris nas cidades de Agrestina, Altinho, Caruaru, Riacho das Almas e São bento do Una, foi durante um ano e meio estagiário voluntario do Ministério Público em Altinho-PE, passou 6 meses como estagiário na Prefeitura Municipal de Altinho. Atualmente, é Procurador Geral do Município de Altinho-PE.
