    Paradigma Journal, classified in the Qualis-Capes stratum A2, is a quarterly publication linked to the Postgraduate Program in Law at the University of Ribeirão Preto - UNAERP, and is intended primarily for the dissemination of original works on topics related to collective rights and citizenship, which correspond to the research lines of said program.

    The journal does not charge any fees. All submissions, evaluations, and publications are free of charge, as is access to the journal.

    A Revista Luso-Brasileira de Direito do Consumo é uma publicação quadrimestral, na confluência do CEDC – Centro de Estudos de Direito do Consumo de Coimbra, unidade orgânica da apDC, Sociedade Portuguesa de Direito do Consumo e do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade de Ribeirão Preto (PPGDCC – UNAERP), destinando-se  à divulgação de trabalhos inéditos em tema de Direitos do Consumidor, aberta à cooperação de jusconsumeristas e publicistas nacionais e internacionais.

  • Reflection and Critique Law Magazine

    The journal Reflection and Criticism of Law is a biannual publication, classified in Qualis as stratum B-1, linked to the Postgraduate Program in Collective Rights and Citizenship and the Law Course, both at the University of Ribeirão Preto - UNAERP, and is intended for the dissemination of original scientific works on topics related to law, preferably current and relevant themes.

    The journal does not charge any fees. All submissions, evaluations, and publications are free of charge, as is access to the journal.

     

  • Anais do Congresso Internacional da Rede Iberoamericana de Pesquisa em Seguridade Social

    A Rede Iberoamericana de Pesquisa em Seguridade Social - RIPSS é constituída por um grupo de pesquisadores de Universidades da América do Sul e Central, além de Portugal e Espanha, que tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento conjunto de pesquisas em Seguridade Social, e desta forma fomentar e contribuir para o estudo e pesquisas sobre seguridade social, apoiar a realização de debates, eventos e divulgação de temas vinculados a seguridade social, promover o intercâmbio entre todos os pesquisadores e instituições que a integram, além de outras instituições e pesquisadores, e influir na discussão e formulação de políticas públicas sobre seguridade social.

    Os Anais do Congresso Internacional da Rede Iberoamericana de Pesquisa em Seguridade Social serão publicados na Plataforma de Revistas da Universidade de Ribeirão Preto - UNAERP.

  • Anais do Congresso Brasileiro de Processo Coletivo e Cidadania

    O Congresso Brasileiro de Processo Coletivo e Cidadania constitui-se uma iniciativa do Programa de Mestrado e Doutorado em Direito da Universidade de Ribeirão Preto, e é voltado para docentes (doutores e mestres), doutorandos e mestrandos em direito, bem como docentes e estudantes de outras áreas do conhecimento, tendo em vista sua perspectiva multidisciplinar, objetivando discutir os instrumentos de tutela coletiva com vistas à efetivação da cidadania, bem como a cidadania e suas várias formas de realização, seja através da tutela judicial, das políticas públicas ou iniciativas da sociedade civil.

  • Revista Científica Integrada

    The Integrated Scientific Journal (RCI) is an interdisciplinary open-access journal from Brazil, founded in 2012, with the mission of promoting the dissemination of scientific knowledge and stimulating innovative initiatives in scientific and professional research and practice, focusing on international dialogue. It publishes manuscripts on a continuous basis, in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, including original research articles, reviews, and experience reports, according to its editorial guidelines, and may launch thematic calls for papers at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

    RCI adopts rigorous criteria for scientific quality, requiring a consistent theoretical framework, argumentative clarity, theoretical-methodological coherence, and correct language, accepting only original and exclusive manuscripts. Published exclusively in electronic format (ISSN 2359-4632), the journal follows the Diamond Open Access model, with no submission or publication fees (APCs), and uses the abbreviation Rev. Científica Integrada.

    The editorial process is based on double anonymous peer review, with an initial evaluation between 90 and 120 days and an average processing time of up to five months from submission to publication, with the final decision resting with the Chief Scientific Editor. The journal observes the Uniform Requirements (Vancouver) and the ethical best practices of COPE and CONEP, with an anti-plagiarism policy supported by similarity detection software. Articles are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC CC BY-NC-ND), allowing deposit in repositories and reuse with proper attribution, and RCI accepts the declared use of Artificial Intelligence, provided it does not compromise scientific integrity and remains under the responsibility of the authors.
