Abstract

This research aimed to verify if the endomarketing actions are effective, and I try to influence new investors in the implementation of this method in their enterprises. As an object of study, we analyzed the company Alliage and its communication trajectory between company and employee, through an in-depth interview with HR and other quantitative survey answered by its collaborators. It was verified if the actions taken by the company had notable effects. among their collaborators, and if with these actions they were able to decrease turnover. The survey was conducted and reported that in-house marketing is really for the benefit of the employee, and the 85 employees who participated in the survey feel satisfied with the projects they are doing and want to stay in business for over 10 years, They can also verify that the same actions help to slow down employee turnover. The bibliographical research already performed showed how the actions taken by other companies resulted in positive data. The end result of this research is extremely important for many small and medium-sized businesses, as they provide results so that internal marketing is not only encouraged by large companies and generates more content on a growing subject.
