SEX AND RELIGION IN MADONNA´S DISCURSIVE PRACTICE

Abstract

In our research, we analyzed how the comunication turns into discourse diffuser trough music, starting from the discursive practice of the pop female singer Madonna, according to the postulates of Dominique Maingueneau in Gênese dos Discursos (2005). According to the thesis of a global semantic, in order to regulate all the discourse plans, we intend to understand the regularities of the Madonna´s discourse practice. We analyzed one of her biggest hits, the track Like a Prayer, from the namesake record. Both released in 1989 and stiil a reference in visual and discursive comunication.
