Abstract

This research is based on the current scenario, in which the majority of the lay population, and more vulnerable, ended up having a mistaken understanding, reducing the scope of Human Rights to the criminal sphere and defense mechanisms for criminals. This is based on the hypothesis that Law is also language and that there is a need for better communication in relation to Human Rights. The method or path followed by this research will be the bibliographic (critical-analytical readings), in addition to the deductive method. The general objective is that communication and law are essential for life in society. Its specific are to point out the concepts of language and communication, the lack of adequate communication on Human Rights. The results are in the confirmation of the hypothesis and an education focused of Human Rights.
