Focus and Scope

Mission

The mission of Paradigma Journal is to ensure both  national and international academic community a space to stimulate the research and the dissemination of their results in the fields of law and related knowledges, promoting debate, stimulating criticism and guaranteeing diversity of thinking, enhancing this way, the Postgraduate
Program in Collective Rights and Citizenship, of the University of Ribeirão Preto.

Goal - Objective

The mission of Paradigma Journal is a dissemination  instrumento f the  scientific knowledge that aims to disseminate the intellectual production and research results made in the Law areas and  the ones related by the academic community, researchers and professionals connecte to national or foreign institutions, enhancing the critical reflection in the area  of these competente studies, strengthening the debate, respecting the diversity of contemporary legal thinking, promoting the interlocution of the authors and the exchange with Institutions and Postgraduate Programs

Target Audience

It is intended for the publication of scientific articles by professors and students of the Postgraduate Programs stricto sensu, researchers in general and professionals in the law fields and related áreas, both in Brazil and abroad.

Submission Policy

The articles shall be sent to Paradigma Magazine through the website http://revistas.unaerp.br/paradigma, in the link "Submit your article", within the deadlines established for that refered issue, that is stablished in the cover of the magazine and in News. It will only be received articles that comply with the publication standards established in Guidelines for authors will be received, forwarded and submitted to the ad hoc reviewers in the double-blind evaluation system. Once approved by the reviewers, the articles will be submitted to the Editorial Board that will evaluate the suitability or not of the article to the number of the issue to be, being consideredmthe theme and the other CAPES criterias Submission Policy for the classification of periodicals. The Editors reserve the right not to publish approved texts, immediately in the next issue, but in the subsequent edition, considering the number of pages of the journal and the editorial needs of the Journal

Paresis Review Process

The articles submited  to Paradigma Magazine will be evaluated by two referees, in the blind review system. The scientific committee is composed of PHD professors  in the areas of interest of the journal, belonging to various educational institutions of the country and abroad.

This journal offers immediate free access to its content, observing the principle that providing free scientific knowledge to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge.

Apprentice

Paradigma Magazine Coordinator  is constantly updating its database for the convening of ad hoc apprentices.
