ANALYSIS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COURT PROCEEDINGS IN THE CITY OF SAN IGNACIO MISIONES

The present work was carried out from the review of cases of domestic violence admitted to the Civil and Commercial Justice of Peace in the city of San Ignacio Misiones. The objective of the investigation is to analyze the predominant aspects of the review of real cases, judicial files formed from cases submitted to the knowledge and judgment of the court. In the same way also determine, quantitative and qualitative results referring to the studied points. The type of research is descriptive, as it is intended to describe predominant issues based on gender, the kinship between victim-perpetrator, the predominant work activity, trade or profession of the parties involved, and the reasons why women give up their complaints from the observation, comparison and quantitative breakdown of files entered from January to June 2018 at the Juiz de Paz de San Ignacio-Misiones.
