Abstract

En el presente trabajo se presenta al proceso judicial como un “contexto discursivo”. En concreto, se postula que el mismo puede ser entendido como un espacio abierto a la participación ciudadana y la deliberación. Y se sostiene que este elemento es fundamental en casos de Litigio de Interés Público (LIP).
