INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL EN LOS TRIBUNALES: EL JUEZ ELECTRÓNICO COMO FORMA DE EQUIDAD

Los mecanismos de Inteligencia artificial hoy pueden expresarse en lenguaje natural, además de interpretar textos con gran habilidad. Así nace la tentación de crear un juez robot, en principio para acelerar el proceso decisorio en los tribunales. Aquí se defiende, de un lado, la existencia de un derecho a la decisión judicial humana. No obstante, la IA tiene el potencial de garantizar equilibrio en la toma de decisiones, señalando eventual imparcialidad de las sentencias.
