Abstract

The social and health protection of people is an unavoidable objective of a social State, even more so in times of economic-health crisis such as the current one, in which especially vulnerable collective consequences such as ilegal immigrants suffer.  This paper analyzes the evolution of the legal regime of the right to protection of the health of this group in Spain, indicating some inconveniences and proposing some reforms
