Abstract

The main objective of the article is to analyze the advances brought by the Henry Borel Law in the fight against domestic violence committed towards children and teenagers, who are a part of the vulnerable group, highlighting the protective measures introduced. The method adopted was the deductive one, by making use of legal material and periodicals that were analyzed in the elaboration of the research aiming to enlighten respective reflections on the subject.
