Abstract

This study has the main purpose of discussing the ecological dimension of the dignity of the human and non-human person, aiming to challenge the constitutionality of Amendment No. 96 of 2017. Still, it is incumbent on this work to present both the sparse laws that deal with the matter and the positioning of the Supreme Court, with the scope of enunciating the main arguments about considering the lato sensu environment as a subject of rights.
