CONSTITUTIONAL SOVEREIGNTY IN JUDGMENTS OF THE COURT OF JURY
Abstract
The means of communication, today, are essential elements to convey to citizens the information relevant to society in order to highlight knowledge about reality. However, they are also means that convey certain opinions and often form controversial concepts in the public receiving the information, thus creating a certain debate about the information disclosed. They are like controlling agents that know and filter the information, transforming it into news in a general way, only from one or a few points of view about a certain fact. One of the most interesting and significant issues for the media are issues pertaining to the criminal area, as violence itself has always had a major impact on society, in view of demonstrating a social problem that exists all over the world and that practically prevents control.
Key words: Jury Tribunal; Sovereignty; Judgment.
