Objective: To report the experience of implementing an integrative and complementary practices clinic in a primary health care unit. Method: This is an experience report, carried out in a Primary Health Care Unit in a capital city in northeastern Brazil, in May 2025, conducted by residents of the Multiprofessional Family Health Program. Structured around individual consultations, over six to eight sessions, monitored by the Visual Analogue Scale, directed at patients referred by health professionals from the Unit, conducted weekly, with a protocol of screening, anamnesis, and evaluation of contraindications. This was followed by the application of aromatherapy, foot baths, reflexology, and auriculotherapy practices. Results: After the implementation of the clinic, benefits were evident, according to patient reports, such as improved sleep, relaxation, pain reduction, and strengthened bonds between users and professionals. The experience also broadened the residents' understanding of the health-disease process and overcame barriers of fragmentation and specialization in care. It is noteworthy that the expansion of integrative practices reflects a demand for more humanized, non-pharmacological care, integrated into Primary Care, and helping to reduce the excessive use of medications. Conclusion: The clinic was a successful practice, as through comprehensive and humanized care, the well-being of the users served was achieved, and professionals were better qualified, enhancing the role of the Unified Health System (SUS) as a promoter of comprehensive health. Therefore, greater investment in training and dissemination of these practices in health services is recommended.
