Abstract

ABSTRACT: In the context of the Labor Reform enacted through Law 13,467/17, we began to discuss the challenges arising from the truck drivers' strike that occurred in Brazil in 2018, due to the evident social regression represented by the legally flexible movement adopted by legislator, at same time with the disarticulation of the Trade Union system, and there are no efficient solutions when we no longer use Labor Law as a tool for social regulation.
