DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS DAS MULHERES CAMPONESAS E A SEGURIDADE SOCIAL (IN)EFETIVA
Abstract
Women in the peasant area have a different life from urban women, especially in terms of work and the recognition of their rights, or due to their absence. The State often does not realize the importance and contribution of peasant women, keeping them in a secondary role in the hierarchy of visibility, participation and access to rights. Thus, this work presents the result of a research that has the scope of investigating the Fundamental Rights of women living in rural areas and Social Security. The article is based on theoretical and exploratory study through documentary and bibliographic research, being based on the method of deductive approach to better guide the study of what constitutional advances of peasant women are, pertinent to rights and guarantees for peasant women, especially through social (in)security.
