Abstract

The present work aims to discuss the psychosocial risk factors related to the telework regime, especially when the salary agreed between employer and employee is per production, transforming it into a fertile field for the outbreak of Burnout syndrome, since the teleworker is encouraged to present better results, to be, consequently, better paid. The method of bibliographic research was adopted, through the comparison of books, scientific articles, research on jurisprudence and national legislation.
