Abstract

The scope of this work is to deal with the connection of the Compliance program with the right to peace, focusing mainly on one of its pillars: good corporate governance. There is no doubt that this topic deserves in-depth discussions, in view of the increase in cases of corruption, bribery and fraud that plague the world and, consequently, increase the levels of misery, poverty and socioeconomic inequality. For the development of the research, the deductive- analytical, method was used, carrying out a review of the bibliography with systematization and discrimination of books and other materials used.
