Voluntary Abortion as a Euphemism of Human Rights

The agenda related to human rights is present in different historical moments, and diversifies over the millennia of human existence. The sublimation of humanity reveals itself to be inseparable from the growing appreciation destined for the life of the homo sapiens species, in its maximum projection, within the cultivation of transcendent love. Thus, from the conception of the embryo, then the fetus, the full guarantee of its preservation is imposed on everyone, followed by the freedom of birth and development of its powers until death. However, part of society reduces the understanding of life to being postpartum, born and viable; the other, allied to this, that it is up to her to decide on the woman's body, as a matter of supreme aesthetic, economic, professional freedom, even convenience, opportunity, etc. Hence pro-abortion ideas emerge in confrontation with thoughts of another social segment, both based on different conceptions of human rights. In addition, the study will analyze the main foundations of the antagonistic positions, and will illustrate the position against abortion, through data and statistical information, both on the expressive amount of deaths of unborn children, as well as the suffering imposed on them resulting from the medical procedures for causing her death and expulsion from her natural habitat preceptor of extrauterine life. The exposure of elements of language distortion, used to reduce or eliminate the emotional impact, arising from the pregnant woman's natural feeling of guilt and remorse, derived from her consent to impose death on the defenseless being she was responsible for protecting will not be forgotten. Still, the explanation will point out the ideological bias, the political and business interests active in the sector. In this scenario, through the use of the deductive method and bibliographic research, the aim is to assess the problem surrounding the drama of the unborn child and point out adequate vectors for the consideration of incident values and principles, in order to highlight the unsustainability of the justifications for the abortion result.
