EMPLOYMENT REFORM PLAN AND THE CONSEQUENCES
Abstract
This qualitative study aims to analyze labor reform and its long-term consequences for both employees and employers. Thus, it begins with a brief history about the origin of work and its development in Brazil, until the labor reform happens. After that, we brought a comparison of labor charges with other countries.
We conclude that the employee does not have the autonomy to negotiate individually under collective agreements, as well as the inclusion of subordination in intermittent employment contracts, therefore, the reform has the objective of maximizing profits and has not been effective in generating, therefore, retirement. expresses conflict of ideas between employer and employee.
