PROPOSTAS DE APLICAÇÃO DA AGENDA 2030 NO TRIBUNAL REGIONAL DO TRABALHO DA 4ª REGIÃO

This article analyzes the possibilities and challenges of implementing the 2030 Agenda in Courts specialized in labor law through a case study about the experience of the Regional Labor Court of Appeal of Rio Grande do Sul state in Brazil. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was conducted stemming from a brief historical perspective about the evolution of state and social organizations that culminated in the birth of theories of state and in the historical process of recognition and protection of civil of Human Rights in all its dimensions. This article was developed with an emphasis in practical suggestions for the embodiment of the UN 2030 Agenda in order to contribute to the promotion, protection and effectiveness of Human Rights encompassed in the implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the objectives and goals of the Brazilian Judiciary System, and especially the Labor Courts, describing the initiative of the Regional Labor Court of Appeal of Rio Grande do Sul with the collaboration of the Rio Grande do Sul chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Special Commission for Brazil/UN integration and Global Compact Special Commission of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association.
