Abstract

The article deals with the Special Retirement Institute and its relationship with dental professionals. It addresses the institute, its history, nature and characteristics. It presents the conditions to which your right to dentists is guaranteed. And it analyzes the effects of the changes brought by the 2019 Pension Reform to the institute and its implications for the dental professional. Hypothetical-deductive method, basing the research on scientific bibliography and relevant legislation.
