The research investigates - without intending to exhaust - the systemic social effects of EC no. 103, of November 12, 2019 that altered the national social security system, affecting both the General Regime of Social Security and the other regimes, the Own - of public servants as well as the Complementary Regime, optional to those who want to join it. Under the hypothetical-deductive and literature review methods, its general objective is to investigate the reflections of the reforms that the social security system undergoes due to factors that affect it directly, limiting itself to the study of the conflict between the guarantees that the insured has constitutionally provided. Among the points brought up is the financial and social impact that directly and indirectly affects the insured that suffer from these types of reforms. At the end, it is concluded that the financial impact on the life of the insured of Social Security in Brazil may have suffered losses with the extension of the time of contribution and pasteurization of benefits, besides demonstrating the importance of the social security lawyer has in this area of law that is not so much explored as the others.
