Abstract

The research analyzes the work environment in the face of technological innovations, identifying the evolution of labor relations over the years, and the impacts of technology advances on the work environment. It questions whether the changes brought about by these innovations contributed to the emergence of a more sustainable environment, from the ecological, economic and professional point of view.
