Based on the debate on challenges of ethical inspirations related to the use and development of Artificial Intelligence systems, the present investigation aims to analyze whether new perceptions of the legal system are capable of facing these new issues, in the path of the pyramidal system for networks, whose central focus is the value of dignity of human person. It should be noted that the lack of academic production, the novelty and social implications of the topic justify this investigation. Proceeding methodologically to this demarcation, based on bibliographical and documental research, from which parameters for inferring knowledge are extracted, with content analysis, our hypothesis is to verify the collated construction of new perceptions, new perspectives are verified, for the adequacy of this normative complex. In addition, international and brazilian documents and instruments are inspected to understand the contemporary ethical challenges of AI systems. In conclusion, it is examined and confirmed in the doctrine that the investigation of new perceptions of the legal system, such as the system in networks, can adapt, in a complementary way, the norms to the new questions and new challenges, such as the ethical inspirations related to the use and development of AI systems.
