DESAFIOS PARA O RECONHECIMENTO SOCIAL E JURÍDICO DE MULHERES NEGRAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA NO BRASIL
Abstract
The inclusion of people with disabilities in Brazilian society has occupied an important place in public policies, considering that, historically, these people were relegated to the private space and, in a way, invisible. This scenario assumes a greater impact when it incorporates, as an aggravating factor, the ethnic and gender element. Given a hypothetical deductive research, based on the theory of recognition of Axel Honneth and Nancy Fraser, we seek to analyze situations of social and legal recognition in the process of inclusion of black women with disabilities in Brazil. The study found that ethnic and gender issues for disabled people are aggravating factors that affect the effective inclusion in the social and economic environment. Being a person with a disability, carrying social stigmas of being a woman and a black woman, reinforces her vulnerability and makes her need for recognition in both the indemnity and economic spheres, relativizing social inclusion.
