THE (IN)EFFICIENCY IN COMBATING BULLYING IN THE EMPLOYMENT ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The present work aims, through bibliographic research, to analyze the moral harassment in the employment environment, which today affects the hyposufficient minority, as well as the extent of its consequences and the reparation due to the victims, so that the damages are minimized. We will also emphasize the employer's inherent responsibility for inspection, effective compliance with safety standards and the prevention of occupational diseases, thus ensuring a flexible environment and the preservation of physical and mental health. The study is relevant to the extent that the cases of moral harassment are on an upward scale, and its complete understanding is necessary to recognize the situations in which the victim and the harasser find themselves. The hypothetical-deductive method was used to obtain the conclusions.
