Abstract

The current Brazilian scenario is marked economically by the process of globalization and all the elements that involve it, as well as by the advancement of Neoliberal policies that serve as rhetoric for power managers to implement the minimum for social policies and at the same time the maximum for Capital and its holders. In this scenario, it is necessary to (de)construct theoretically and axiologically the concept of State, seeking to demonstrate the historical period of its birth and the conditions that allowed this to happen, as well as pointing out some criticisms of the practices of the Legalist State disguised as a State. Democrat of Law who daily succumbs to rights gradually acquired by the Brazilian population.

Vinicius Tostes Bragil, Barão de Mauá

In 2008 I completed the Undergraduate course in Geography at Centro Universitário Barão de Maúa; in 2012 I completed the Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy; in 2013 I completed a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Geography at UNESP where I had the opportunity to publish an ebook; in 2018 I completed a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in History and Geography Teaching Methodology; in 2019 I completed a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Geography Teaching Methodology; in 2020 I completed a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Philosophy and Sociology Teaching Methodology; in 2023 I completed a Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in Special Education with an Emphasis on Intellectual, Physical and Psychomotor Disabilities and in 2024 I completed the following lato sensu postgraduate courses: Lato Sensu Postgraduate Degree in School Management - 1000 hours; Lato Sensu Postgraduate in School Administration; Lato Sensu Postgraduate in School Administration and Supervision. On August 5, 2024 I start the Law course at UNAERP in Ribeirão Preto. From 2013 to 21014 I was Director of the School "EMEI Eonice Passalongo Gibran", located in the municipality of Viradouro/SP. I currently work as a teacher of Basic Education II - Geography subject at the Government of the State of São Paulo and at the Municipality of Pitangueiras, both positions held through public competition.
