Abstract

The paper analyzes the various ills faced by refugees over time in the face of various international violations that intensify major exoduses throughout the world. Based on doctrines and based on the hypothetical-deductive method, it was reflected in the juridical possibilities for these rights to cease to be violated and finally to be minimally effective, from the social inclusion of the refugees. Through the research, the possibility of minimal enforcement was found through agencies such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the United Nations Office of the United Nations and the National Council of Refugees (CONARE), for example.

Danilo Henrique Nunes, Centro Universitário da Fundação Educacional de Barretos

Possui graduação em Direito pelo Centro Universitário da Fundação Educacional de Barretos (2012) e graduação em Jornalismo pela União das Faculdades dos Grandes Lagos (2007). Foi vice-presidente da Fundação de Telecomunicação e Rádiofusão de Barretos, Analista de Relações Comerciais da SR Embalagens - Barretos / SP (2016/2017) e Analista de área (comunicação) do Centro Universitário da Fundação Educacional de Barretos (2005/2016). Atualmente é advogado, professor especialista do Centro Universitário da Fundação Educacional de Barretos nos cursos de Direito, Zootecnia, Engenharias Civil, de Alimentos, Mecânica, Química e de Produção e Serviço Social, jornalista do Grupo Monteiro de Barros de Comunicação e Rádiofusão e gestor de conteúdo acadêmico do portal do Centro Universitário da Fundação Educacional de Barretos. Tem experiência na área de Direito, Jornalismo e Marketing.
